Are these products truly Plug & Play?
Yes, all of our products are desinged to be a true Plug & Play experience. Some products do require programming to your vehicles BCM, but we provide automatic programmers to handle that.
How can I track my order?
Once you order has been placed, there really isn't a way to check the status of it until it ships. Unfortunately, this is the way the website builder is designed, and we have zero control over this. Most products do have a lead time, especially if it's a high demand item. You can reach out to us at any time to get an update.
What are the differences between the Uconnect 4 (4C) and the Uconnect 5 (UC5)?
The Uconnect 4 is the version of radio that was used in 2018 - 2021 in most vehicles and uses a wired USB connection for Carplay & Android Auto. The Uconnect 5 is the 2022+ version and has a wireless connection for Carplay & Android Auto.
Do I have to purchase a radio with factory navigation if I dont want it?
No, both radios with and without factory navigation are compatible whether you currently have naigation or not. If you currently have an older navigation radio and you don't want the new radio to have it, you can purchase the non navigation unit. If you currently don't have navigation and you wish to have it, you can purchase a unit with navigation and it will function as intended.
